How many users for which Trusteco plan?

A common question when choosing a Trusteco plan (website, Dolibarr or n8n): "how many of us does it take to justify the tier above?" The answer isn't a simple headcount threshold — each block has its own criterion.

Dolibarr: simultaneous users is what matters

The BASIC plan (€29/month) suits a team of 1 to 5 people using the ERP continuously. Beyond 5 regular simultaneous users, the PRO plan (€49/month, up to 20 users) avoids slowdowns tied to server sizing. Past 20, the PREMIUM plan (€79/month) allocates larger dedicated resources.

n8n: execution volume matters, not user count

For automation, the relevant criterion is the number of active workflows and how often they trigger, not how many people check the results. A small team with heavily-used workflows may need the PRO or PREMIUM plan, while a larger team with occasional automations stays comfortable on BASIC.

Website: the plan depends on page count, not team size

Here, headcount is irrelevant: BASIC (4 pages), PRO (6 pages, NFC card), PREMIUM (10 pages, chatbot) are chosen based on the complexity of the site you need, not your organization's size.
