1. A scoping conversation (30 to 45 minutes)
No lengthy questionnaire: we talk about your business, your sector, your team size, and the real pain points — what's slow, what's expensive, what worries you on security or compliance.
2. The technical inventory
Inventory of what exists (infrastructure, software, current licenses), identification of critical dependencies, and flagging sensitive data with specific location or compliance constraints.
3. The architecture proposal
A document identifying the Trustiatis blocks relevant to your context — never all of them by default — with a precise quote and a realistic implementation timeline, not a generic estimate.
4. What you get at the end
A written document, not just a verbal debrief: the current-state assessment, identified risks, the proposed architecture and its cost. You remain free to use it with another provider — the audit commits you to nothing.
